You’ll earn rewards based on your total spend through our online store, excluding the value of shipping, duties or taxes. Your spend will be added to your account once your order has been fulfilled, and adjusted if any items are returned.
To view your tier status, log in to your POSSE Loyalty account and review the tier status on your account page. You will also be notified via email once you progress to a new tier.
If your tier status has been upgraded, this means you have collected enough POSSE Loyalty points for the next tier.
